  • 我爱听相声——之不负责任评论

    最近这段时间一直忙着出差，一直没有时间整理我的照片、写博客。昨天从大连回来后在上海呆了一天，义正言辞地拒绝了pMq要求我去徐家汇代买单的无理要求，今天匆匆赶回苏州。把所有的照片：听相声的、新加坡的、大连的整理了一通，删的删，传的传。总算消停了，于是决定写点东西。

  • Out of country notice

  • 直指人心，见性成佛

    我必须用中文来写这篇文章——因为对于不是以英语为母语的我来说，写一篇读后感难度还是稍微大了一些。

    4月24号的时候，我和老彼得一起到上海去接我太太回国。她的航班是25号的，我和老彼得提前一天到，在上海的家里呆一天，也能顺便逛逛福州路。

    从地下车库泊好车上来后，对面就是上海书城。我和老彼得一起进去为他挑几本书。在二楼，我看到书城正在办一个活动：《贫民窟的百万富翁》（Slumdog Millionaire）作者现场签售活动。当时的队伍还是很长的，而一位典型的印度人正坐在台子前为每位购买了书的读者签字。

  • Got to write something

    It has been a long time since my last post. Not because there is nothing to write, but too much to write on.

    • My trip to Zhangjiajie (张家界) and Fenghuang (凤凰)

    During Apr 16th and 19th, I was in Zhangjiajie/Fenghuang with my colleagues. It is an annual event when company acknowledges the employees\’ contribution in a fairly material way. For me, this trip is a tragedy:

  • Is Google.cn really going to pull out China?

    A BTer just said in The group that Google wiil no later than today to announce it’s decision to pull out its China operation. I am keeping a view on it.

    Nevertheless, it will mark a giant milestone in China’s Internet (or, to be more precise, Intranet) history.

  • 杯具的一本词典

    最近刚刚买了一本词典：Oxford Advanced Learner\’s Dictionary。

    我对牛津词典一向是很信任的，所以在当当上也没有做太多的比较，就买了这本。

    到手后看了一下，发现这本词典的名字很具有误导性。

  • 老彼得三下的第一张奖状

    老彼得今天捧回一张奖状，是校“阅读之星”。根据我这里不完全的统计，他在1-2月份的寒假期间看了不少的书呢。
